Sarcoma South UK Support Group

Practical help and support groups

Sarcoma UK’s long-term vision is that all people with sarcoma will be diagnosed earlier, have better experiences and live longer lives with fewer long-term side effects. Enabling patients to have access to peer support is a key part of achieving this. Local sarcoma support groups are run independently of, but are supported by, Sarcoma UK. We are a small number of sarcoma patients who have got together to make friends and support each other. Sarcoma is rare so it is difficult to meet others in the same position. This can be isolating for patients and carers and we want to improve that situation.
